(i) Movement 1, for mechanically-prepared piano, performed by pianist Reinier van Houdt, and (ii) evolutionary studio transformation of Movement 1 for immersive multi-channel sound system, performed by Francisco López.
untitled #275 is a sound work based on a paradigmatic instrument of the 19th century, with manipulations of the 20th century, and realized with the technology / aesthetic of the 21st century.
